12:30 – Reed to get on the webinar portal and make sure everything is loaded up.
12:45 – all moderators and presenters to join to test mic and video and have final discussion before going live.
1:00 – The event will go live. Rick will introduce everyone and talk about why we are doing this event
2:00 – we will conclude the presentation portion of the event and move to customer questions
2:30 – we will conclude the event
